Ingredients
16 ounce(s) coleslaw mix
1 cup(s) sunflower seeds, no shells
1 cup(s) sliced almonds
2 Maruchan ramen packages, oriental flavor (blue coloring)
6 stalks of scallions, sliced (whites optional)
2 tablespoon(s) sesame seeds
3/4 cup(s) canola or vegetable oil
1/3 cup(s) rice wine vinegar
1/2 cup(s) sugar
1 tablespoon(s) sesame oil
1 tablespoon(s) fish sauce
1/2 cup(s) soy sauce
Directions
In a large bowl, place coleslaw mix, sunflower seeds, sliced almonds, crushed ramen, sesame seeds, and scallions
In a large measuring cup or bowl, add the liquids, sugar, and one seasoning packet from the ramen and whisk together well
Pour oil mixture over the coleslaw mix and toss everything together with a large spatula until everything is coated well
Cover bowl with plastic wrap and chill in refrigerator for at least 2 hours or serve immediately
