Ingredients
6 hardboiled eggs
3 tablespoon(s) mayonnaise
1 teaspoon(s) onion power
1 teaspoon(s) garlic powder
2 tablespoon(s) pickle relish
1.5 tablespoon(s) horseradish sauce
1 teaspoon(s) yellow mustard
salt and pepper to taste
1 dash(s) papika, for garnish (optional)
Directions
For each hardboiled egg, halve them vertically and scoop out the yolk into a medium bowl. Place the whites on a plate to be filled later.
Smash the yolk into a fine powder within the bowl
Add the rest of the ingredients to the bowl and combine well
Once fully combined, put the filling into a plastic bag for piping. To help with the piping, cut a corner off the bag
Add the filling to each of the egg white halves to your liking. Optionally garnish with paprika after.
