Ingredients
1 pound(s) ground beef
1 egg
1/4 cup(s) milk
1/2 cup(s) breadcrumbs
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
1 tablespoon(s) italian seasoning
1 teaspoon(s) garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon(s) fresh ground pepper
1/4 cup(s) parmesan cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl by hand (for best results, hand mix)
Assemble a large sheet pan with aluminum foil or parchment paper
Roll meatballs to about the size of a golf ball and place on pan with a 1/2 - 1 inch gap between each
Cook for 20 minutes, flip meatballs over half way through
