Ingredients
8 ounce(s) cream cheese
1 pound(s) sour cream
8 tablespoon(s) unsalted butter
1.5 cup(s) shredded Parmesan cheese
14 ounce(s) quartered artichoke hearts, drained and coarsely chopped
4 ounce(s) diced jalapenos, drained
10 ounce(s) frozen spinach, thawed and drained
3 garlic cloves, freshly pressed
Directions
In a medium pot over medium heat, melt together the cream cheese, sour cream, butter, and parmesan cheese while stirring frequently until melted and bubbling
Stir in the chopped artichoke hearts, your sliced jalapenos, and drained spinach
Lastly, stir in the fresh garlic. Serve hot with chips, crackers, or toasted baguettes
